Punta Carretas Ibiza Ranch Bar and Restaurant is located in the heart of Santa Eulalia, surrounded by Ibiza’s beautiful country side.
Set in an old country house, the atmosphere here is relaxed and informal, while you dine in its luscious garden you can sense the aromas of the grilled meat while being surrounded by beautiful trees and listening to chilled live music.
The head chef, Pablo Castillo, alongside front of house managers Laura Seall and her brother Yorik Seall, have achieved a special concept, offering the best cuts of meat in the market, either flamed on a traditional Uruguayan grill or prepared in a Josper oven. The 45 days dry-aged T-Bone together with the Flank Angus and Rock Mussels with Coconut Curry and Coriander are the star items on the menu. Punta Carretas also has its own vegetable garden, bringing only the best quality produce to your table while being committed to sustainable farming.
Pablo Castillo, formerly of "El Bulli“, works hard each year to present a new menu of his own, which includes prime meats from Uruguay, Spain and USA as well as other seafood and vegetarian delicacies. Laura who has also worked at “El Bulli”, together with Yorik, are always looking closely at every detail. They will look after you, making sure that you have a really special time at this incredibly beautiful set up.
